Shipping within New Zealand:
For all our orders, we use NZ Couriers with a signature required. If you prefer to use a non-signature required delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order and this will be arranged for you.
Please insure the delivery address is correct, and is a physical location. PO Box number are NOT acceptable for delivery address details. Manuka Love Ltd. cannot take any responsibility for incorrect delivery details received, and consequent costs that may be incurred.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Occasionally a product may be out of stock and if this is the case, you will be advised at the time of ordering that an additional 3-5 days will be required to fulfil the order.
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day. We aim to deliver your items as soon as possible but dispatch times indicated are subject to change and we will contact you should this arise.
If you have any special delivery instructions, please advise when placing your order.
It is vital that your details are completed in full to ensure accurate sending and tracking of your purchases. We will send a confirmation email with your tracking number at the time of processing your order.
Shipping to Australia
We ship products to Australia regularly, however please note we do not ship to PO Boxes in Australia.
Manuka Love Ltd. uses NZ-Post International Air freight for all international deliveries unless otherwise arranged. Your order should arrive within 5-15 working days of the order being placed, Australian orders generally within 3-5 working days.
Most countries Customs Regulations accept the importation of health supplements for personal use. Some do not. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods which you order are not prohibited within your country. Manuka Love Ltd accept no liability for the replacement of any goods or any costs relating to or arising from the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. We accept no liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.

Any duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control.

If your order is returned to us by your countries import authorities in resalable condition, we'll refund you the value of the order less any charges or fees incurred by us. We can't provide a refund until we've received the products back. We don't provide refunds on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your countries customs due to containing items which are prohibited.
Under special circumstances an additional delivery charge may apply but in this case we will confirm the additional charge with you by email before we send the goods.
